World Game training at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs
FOR WHOM?
The World Game Practitioner training is meant for educators and psychologists who have experience in guiding, researching and/or identifying gifted children and/or adults, and twice-exceptional (2E) gifted needs in particular.
WHEN?
November 9 – 12, 2025.
In collaboration with University of Colorado Colorado Springs and Gifted Institute Denmark.

REGISTRATION
Registration can be done via the official registration form in the booking link.
Please include a resume or curriculum vitae with your educational credentials for our team to review, after which any admission will be confirmed. At that point you will receive all information and the invoice that must be paid prior to the training. Payment is confirmation of participation. Space is limited to 20 participants, followed by a waiting list.
CANCELLATION
For cancellation before October 10 (30 days) there is no charge. For cancellation before October 26 (14 days) a €100,- administration fee will be charged. No refund is available for cancellation after November 1.
PROGRAM
World Game Practitioner training in Colorado Springs
Day 1 – November 9: 4pm – 7pm Guest speaker: Dr. Linda Silverman
• Learn the theory and scientific background of the World Game
• Learn to identify social and emotional aspects in the World Game
• Learn to identify learning strategies (visual and/or verbal thinking) in the World Game
Day 2 – November 10: 9am – 4pm
• Build your own village and experience the material yourself
• Learn how to observe and fill in the test protocol form
• Review the WG material, the official manual and form (digital)
• In the afternoon: test and observe several students as they build villages with the World Game
• Analyze the villages; learning to see what they `tell` you
Day 3 – November 11: 9am – 4pm
• In the morning you test and observe several students building with the World Game
• Learn to identify cognitive abilities with the World Game
• Learn to identify giftedness with the World Game rubric
Day 4 – November 12: 9am – 12pm
• Peer consultation
• Evaluation and certification
• Receive license as `World Game Practitioner` for the duration of the license year*
PRICE
Through September 15 € 1.750,- no VAT with code EARLYBIRD.
After September 15 the price is € 2.000,-.

THE TRAINING INCLUDES:
– The World Game kit and material
– The official manual of the World Game
– The official (digital) forms and year's logo to use as a licensed Practitioner World Game
– Authority to purchase and work with the World Game
– 9 months of licensing World Game Practitioner until July 31, 2026 \*
– An individual consultation with Grith Tschorn following the training
*LICENCE 'WORLD GAME PRACTITIONER'
The successful completion of the 'World Game Practitioner'- Training entitles you to the 'World Game Practitioner' license until July 31, 2026.
This license gives you the right to:
• affiliation with the international 'World Game Practitioner association'
• the right to (online) feedback on built villages
• using the official logo with year indication `World Game Practitioner` on your website
• be listed as `World Game Practitioner` on the website www.worldgamelab.com
• receiving the private `World Game Practitioner` Newsletter
RENEWAL OF THE LICENCE
A license year runs from August 1 to July 31 of the following calendar year. Every year on August 1 the license archive will be updated. Renewal of this license is optional and is done by paying €175, – before July 15. The invoice will be sent in June by email. If you do not renew your license, you will be deregistered from our database and lose the license rights as described above. You still can work with the World Game of course, but you are no longer affiliated and involved in new developments.
